Boston Red Sox vs St. Louis Cardinals @7:15 PM CT

Not sure why we are still getting this line for Dustin May. He is over this line in 2/2 starts this year, and in 18/20 going back to 2025.

While Boston hasn’t been great to start 2026, their offense has faced some tough pitching. Since March 31st when Hunter Brown went 6 IP 1 H vs Boston, they have achieved 5+ Hits vs 4/6 RHP. The two misses were Jacob Misiorowski and Walker Buehler. Buehler only went 2.2 IP and was chased out of the game in the 3rd inning.

May has a .344 xBA and 6.89 ERA on the year. He only went 79 pitches vs Detroit his last start but that was because he was getting lit up.

2026 has been a struggle for May and I think it continues tonight. Might be the last time we see May at 4.5 HA.

The Pick: Dustin May Over 4.5 Hits Allowed 1u (-135)

Houston Astros vs Seattle Mariners @8:40 PM CT

Tatsuya Imai looked like he’s going to live up to the early hype in his 2nd start showing ELITE swing and miss K stuff.

He worked up to 94 pitches finishing with (9 Ks, 5.2 IP, 0 2 ER).

I am expecting his leash to be around 85-95 pitches against a Mariners lineup that projects to be in the bottom 10 in K% to RHP once again as 7/9 targets project O 20% to RHP.

Seattle is a pitchers park for K’s as the CF back drop has been notoriously more difficult for hitters to see.

I also love that SEA likely stacks LHH here which should profile very nicely for Imas reverse slider that runs away from LHH.

Seattle in the last 7 days has the WORST K% vs RHP. 6/8 RHP starters have 6+ Ks vs this lineup.

The Pick: Tatsuya Imai Over 5.5 Strikeouts 1u (+108)
